I have to admit, I recently started working out, so I don't have a body to show off. I'm sorry. But I've built fitness into my life. Fitness has brought me a new state of mind and whenever I feel lost, it always revives me.
I don't make healthy food every day, but I do make a serious effort! It's a whole new way of life for me. It's a whole new beginning.


Healthy food is not only good for my body, but also soothes me mentally. Every time I eat a healthy meal made by myself, I have a positive feeling that everything is promising in the future.
